Karen is a long time resident of
the Northern Virginia area having lived in the
Arlington/Alexandria corridor for the majority of her
life. When she's not out with her
clients, you'll find her on one of
the various soccer fields in Northern Virginia
either playing or coaching. In the winter
months you can find her sipping a pina colada on
one of the many white sand beaches
of the Dominican Republic. Karen currently
resides in Oakton, Virginia with her loving husband and 2

Brett Shankle's
entire career has been client-focused which explains why

Regina has 20 years experience in customer service
and sales. Counseling clients and identifying their
needs has always been her priority. Having lived in
three different countries, she enjoys working with the
diverse client base that the Washington DC area
offers. She graduated from the University of
Vermont with a major in Environmental Studies and
Historic Preservation where a passion for historic homes
led to a career in Real Estate. She worked as a
field agent in Northern Virginia for three years before
becoming a Client Care Representative and is fluent
Portugese, Spanish and Greek.
